The industry has recently learned that a major company has discontinued production of 64K SRAMs used for defense applications<\/strong>. In light of this situation, Pyramid<\/strong> guarantees that it will continue to produce<\/strong> \u2013 using its own dies \u2013 its 64K P4C164 SRAMs<\/strong>, high-speed and low-power, also available in the SMD versions 5962-38294, 5962-85525 and 5962-89691. Pyramid’s 64K SRAMs are available in standard and low-power versions and with various package options.<\/p>\n
