CONSYSTEM is pleased to announce that it has finalized a representation and distribution agreement for Italy and Greece with EPC Space.
EPC is the largest manufacturer of GaN-on-Si power devices, dominating the market for devices < 400 V, and the Space division offers GaN FETs specific to space applications, not only in terms of screening, but also rad hard characteristics: the manufacturing process is optimized to ensure maximum radiation resistance, SEE is tested on every wafer, and every lot is qualified for TID.
We will soon be offering a full range of JANSH2N devices; in the meantime, the same GaN FETs supplied with the JANS equivalent process are available.
EPC Space GaN FETs already have a significant heritage, with more than 120 customers and more than 200,000 devices already deployed on LEO and GEO satellites, both commercial and military.
