The Power Supply offering expands thanks to new AC/DC and DC/DC solutions with high power density, efficiency, reliability and flexibility
We start the year with an important new development: our supplier portfolio expands to welcome Vox Power, an Irish company specialized in producing innovative and compact AC/DC power supplies and DC/DC converters for multiple applications: medical, industrial, telecom/broadcasting, military, aerospace, green energy.
Its products stand out for their high efficiency, flexibility, modularity and compactness, as well as for compliance with the strictest safety and emissions regulations.
Among the solutions offered by Vox Power, the medical power supplies of the NEVO+ series stand out, representing the ideal choice for class II and III medical devices, such as imaging, diagnostic, therapy and monitoring equipment. These power supplies can deliver up to 600 W of power in a format of just 3 x 5 inches, with efficiency above 90% and an operating temperature from -40°C to +70°C. They also feature a digital communication system that allows output parameters to be configured and controlled via an intuitive graphical interface.
In addition to the NEVO+ series, Vox Power also offers other product families, including DC/DC converters, which convert a DC voltage into another DC voltage with different characteristics. These converters are useful for adapting the input voltage to the needs of the various parts of an electronic circuit, or for electrically isolating two different circuits.
Vox Power has developed the VCCR300 series, which offers a wide range of DC input voltages, suitable for standard railway batteries from 48 V up to 110 V. The VCCR300 series can deliver up to 300 W of power in a slim format of just 7.43 x 4.6 x 1 inches, with efficiency above 85% and an operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. It also features a conduction cooling system, which eliminates the need for a fan and reduces noise and power consumption.
