CONSYSTEM meets this challenge by offering the latest innovation in radar technology from Innosent: the 2D MULTITARGET radar iSYS-5010 at 24 GHz with integrated signal processing.
The iSYS-5010, the flagship product of the German company InnoSENT, consists of a 24GHz Radar Front End (RFE) equipped with a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) board.
The sensor offers both an SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) and a UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter) interface for agile transmission of the output: the target list.
The product guarantees the simultaneous acquisition of speed, distance and angular deviation data for one or more targets, with complete signal processing, detecting and separating moving and fixed objects according to their Azimuth angle, range and speed, thus making it possible to detect a target in a two-dimensional environment.
The extended detection range (55 m) combined with a ±75° FOV (Field of View) of the antenna guarantees the monitoring and surveillance of a very wide area.
The compact dimensions (71 x 57 x 16.6 mm) combined with an extremely wide operating temperature range (-40° +85°) make the iSYS-5010 an extremely versatile product, applicable in a wide range of environments and scenarios (both working and otherwise).
This “motion detection and ranging” solution guarantees the exclusive identification of real threats to one’s security through: precise and effective ranging, combined with the detection, within the area concerned, of the various presences (“presence”), their movements (“motion”) and their actual distance from the radar (“ranging”). All of this in full respect of the privacy of the targets involved, thanks to anonymous monitoring.
