Pyramid supports the obsolescence of 64K SRAMs for Defense applications
The industry has recently learned that a major company has discontinued production of 64K SRAMs used for defense applications. In light of this situation, Pyramid guarantees that it will continue to produce – using its own dies – its 64K P4C164 SRAMs, high-speed and low-power, also available in the SMD versions 5962-38294, 5962-85525 and 5962-89691. Pyramid’s 64K SRAMs are available in standard and low-power versions and with various package options.

Pyramid excels at using its own SRAM, EEPROM and Logic dies by packaging them in the package used by the customer, thus sparing them the need to redesign the board.
